T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer): This is our primary and most efficient method. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production begins, with the 70% balance paid before shipment (after inspection photos are shared). For established long-term customers, we can discuss 60-day open account terms after a track record is established.

L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight: Accepted for orders above $20,000 USD. We work with major international banks. Please provide your bank's LC format and we'll review terms before confirming.

PayPal: Available for sample payments and small orders under $2,000 USD. A 4% PayPal surcharge applies to cover processing fees.

Western Union / MoneyGram: Available for small payments on request.

Sea Freight (LCL — Less than Container Load): For orders below one full container, we consolidate with other shipments. Same port-to-port transit times apply, plus 5–7 days for consolidation/deconsolidation at each end.

Air Freight: Typically 5–10 days door-to-door worldwide (DHL Express, FedEx Priority). Recommended for samples and urgent reorders. Surcharge applies based on volumetric weight.

China-Europe Rail: An increasingly popular option — typically 18–22 days to European destinations at a cost between sea and air freight. Ideal for EU buyers wanting faster delivery without air freight cost.

All shipments are fully insured and trackable from our warehouse. We provide tracking information within 24 hours of goods leaving our facility.

Our standard QC process follows AQL 2.5 (the same standard used by IKEA, Walmart, and major European retailers), which allows for a statistically meaningful sample of the total order to be inspected before acceptance. We will provide our QC report and photos before the inspector arrives so you have a baseline to compare against.

Inspection fees are paid by the buyer. We do not charge any "cooperation fees" or administrative charges for accommodating third-party inspectors — they are always welcome at our facility.
