What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for the Spiral Coupe Glass?

The standard MOQ is 500 pieces per color for stock colorways (Blush Pink, Celestial Blue, Sage Green). For mixed-color orders, the combined minimum is 1,000 pieces — for example, 400 Pink + 300 Blue + 300 Green = 1,000 pieces total, which qualifies. For custom colors not in our existing portfolio, the MOQ rises to 2,000 pieces per color to cover color development and dedicated furnace time. We offer sample quantities of 2–12 pieces for buyers who need to verify quality before placing a production order.

Can I place a sample order before committing to bulk production?

Yes — and we strongly encourage it. Sample orders of 2–12 glasses can be shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS within 3–5 working days of payment. Sample pricing is higher than wholesale unit price and the shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. However, 100% of the sample cost (excluding freight) is credited against your first production order of 500+ pieces. Samples come in standard gift-box packaging identical to production items.

What payment terms do you accept?

For new buyers, our standard terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% T/T balance payment against a copy of the Bill of Lading before shipment is released. For established buyers with a minimum of 3 completed orders, we can discuss 30/70 with 30 days credit on the balance. We also accept PayPal (for sample orders only, due to fees), Western Union, and L/C at sight for orders exceeding USD 50,000. All prices are quoted in USD. Bank wire is the most efficient method and incurs no surcharge from our side.

What is the production lead time for a standard order?

For stock-color orders (Pink, Blue, Green) with no customization: 25–35 calendar days from receipt of deposit to goods ready for shipment. For orders requiring custom colors or packaging: 45–60 days, which includes a 7–14 day sample/approval stage. If your required delivery date is critical, please tell us upfront so we can schedule your production slot accordingly. During Chinese New Year (January–February) and Golden Week (October), lead times extend by approximately 10–14 days.

What customization options are available, and what are the extra costs?

We offer full OEM and ODM customization: custom stem colors (Pantone matched), custom bowl dimensions, engraved or screen-printed logos, custom gift box with your artwork, private-label swing tags, and bespoke outer carton branding. Tooling fees apply only for entirely new mold shapes (typically USD 800–2,500 depending on complexity) and these are one-time costs — subsequent orders use the same mold at no additional charge. Color development for non-standard stem colors incurs a USD 200–400 one-time formulation fee. Logo screen printing adds approximately USD 0.25–0.60 per piece depending on ink colors and placement. Please send your artwork (AI or PDF at 300dpi) for a precise quote.

What shipping methods are available, and how long does delivery take?

We ship via sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and express courier. Sea freight from Qingdao or Shanghai: USA West Coast 18–22 days, USA East Coast 28–35 days, Europe 28–38 days, Australia 18–22 days, Middle East 12–18 days. Air freight (recommended for urgent orders under 500kg): 5–10 days worldwide. Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 3–7 days for sample shipments. We can quote FOB, CIF, DDP, and DAP Incoterms. For large orders, we recommend sea FCL for cost efficiency. We work with trusted forwarders and provide tracking information as soon as the shipment is booked.
