❖— Overview
An Embossed Bar Glass Portfolio
Built for Global Wholesale
The Vintage Embossed Bar Glassware Collection is a six-style portfolio engineered for importers and on-trade buyers who want the visual richness of heritage drinkware without the inconsistency of artisan-only sourcing. Every model in this collection is cast from precision moulds, fire-polished by trained operators, and inspected piece-by-piece at our bar glassware factory in China.
As a long-standing Vintage Embossed Bar Glassware Collection manufacturer in China, Linkbridge Glassware has spent more than fifteen years refining the embossing techniques that define this product family. The collection brings together three pattern languages — vertical ribbed/fluted (echoing 1920s Parisian café service), diamond-cut crystal (referencing Edo Kiriko and Bohemian cut-glass traditions), and sculptural plain/hobnail forms (drawing from American mid-century pressed glass). Each model is produced under one quality system, so a buyer can mix coupes, goblets, and footed tumblers in a single container without juggling multiple suppliers.
This page is the dedicated wholesale brief for buyers sourcing the Vintage Embossed Bar Glassware Collection wholesale in China. The collection ships to bar groups, hotel procurement teams, gift-set assemblers, cocktail-bar suppliers, e-commerce private labels, and home-goods importers. Below you will find dimensional data, full material specifications, the production logic behind each pattern, our factory capability, customization options, region-specific compliance notes, and a buyer-focused FAQ.
For sourcing managers who want a Vintage Embossed Bar Glassware Collection factory in China rather than a trading house, Linkbridge Glassware operates directly out of its production facility — sample lead times of 5–7 days, bulk production cycles of 25–35 days, and a single English-speaking point of contact from quotation through container loading.

Three Pattern Languages,
One Cohesive Collection
Why six SKUs in one collection rather than six unrelated products? Because each piece belongs to one of three embossing traditions that have shaped European and American bar culture for over a century. Understanding the pattern family helps you merchandise, photograph, and pitch the collection to your own customers.
I.
Vertical Ribbed & Fluted
JZML01 · JZML02
The vertical-rib pattern traces back to early 20th-century Parisian café glassware, where the deep parallel grooves served a double purpose: they masked finger smudges on busy service nights and refracted gas-lamp light through the bowl in a way that flattered both wine and champagne. Today the pattern reads as "European bistro," "vintage tea-room," or "cocktail-revival speakeasy" — three of the strongest interior design directions in 2025 hospitality.
Our ribbing is pressed at 1.2 mm depth across the entire bowl, deeper than the typical 0.6–0.8 mm seen on entry-level imports. The rib count is 36 on the coupe (JZML01) and 28 on the goblet (JZML02), calibrated so the pattern reads cleanly from one metre away without becoming visually busy.
II.
Diamond Cut Crystal
JZML03 · JZML04
The diamond-cut family draws from two parallel traditions — the Bohemian cut-crystal workshops of 17th-century Central Europe, and the Edo Kiriko cut-glass tradition that emerged in Tokyo during the 1830s. Both used multi-tiered geometric facets to capture and refract light, turning a glass of clear liquid into a kinetic visual object.
Models JZML03 and JZML04 deliver this effect through a two-layer embossing pattern: long vertical "point" cuts across the upper bowl, and a tight diamond-lattice band along the lower bowl. The pressing process gives you the visual richness of cut crystal at roughly one-third the unit cost of hand-cut alternatives — a key economic argument when pitching to retail buyers.
III.
Sculptural Footed Form
JZBZ01 · JZBZ02
The two footed tumblers share the same silhouette — a tapered, weight-bottomed bowl on a flared pedestal — but split the design vocabulary in two directions. JZBZ01 keeps the form completely plain, letting the proportions of bowl-to-stem do the visual work. JZBZ02 covers the same form in a continuous hobnail texture, referencing the American pressed-glass tradition that flourished from the 1880s through the 1950s.
This silhouette has become a 2024–2025 viral form factor on Instagram and Pinterest under tags like "trifle glass," "vintage dessert cup," and "low cocktail." Stocking both the plain and hobnail versions lets you address two distinct merchandising stories without changing your shelf footprint.
Eight Reasons Buyers Choose Linkbridge Glassware
As a Vintage Embossed Bar Glassware Collection factory in China, we compete with hundreds of trading houses and dozens of direct manufacturers. Below is what wholesale buyers consistently tell us in post-shipment debriefs.
⌂
15+ Years
Direct Factory, Not Trading House
You quote with the people who actually press, polish, and pack the glass. No 8% middleman margin, no broken-telephone QC, no surprise material substitutions between sample and bulk. Our production floor is open to scheduled buyer visits and third-party audits at any time.
⚙
500,000 / month
Capacity That Scales With You
Ten dedicated production lines for pressed embossed glassware, with capacity buffered so peak-season orders don't bump small accounts. Whether your first PO is one container or your tenth PO is ten containers, you stay in the same production queue tier.
⌬
Lead-Free
Compliance Built Into Every Batch
FDA, LFGB, REACH, and California Prop 65 testing is not an optional add-on — it's standard for every production lot. Your customs clearance never depends on a one-off test certificate; we maintain rolling third-party test reports that cover continuous production.
✎
Open Tooling
Custom Moulds Welcomed
If you want to modify an embossing pattern, change a stem profile, or develop an entirely new vintage-inspired piece for your private label, we open new moulds at 5,000-piece commitments. The mould investment is yours — we will not run it for any other customer.
⇄
5–7 days
Sample Speed That Respects Your Timeline
Stock-mould samples ship within 5–7 working days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Custom-mould samples land within 25–30 days from artwork approval. We treat sample stage as a real engagement, not a hurdle — your QC team gets the same support a 10,000-piece order would receive.
⊕
40+ Countries
Export Logistics We Actually Handle
Loading is done at our facility under our staff supervision — not subcontracted to a port warehouse. We provide full export documentation, HS code classification, fumigation, and certificate-of-origin paperwork. If your freight forwarder needs to coordinate with us directly in English, that line stays open.
◑
One Point of Contact
An English-Speaking Sourcing Partner
From first inquiry through container loading, you work with one named account manager. No CC chains across five WeChat accounts, no time-zone confusion, no "let me check with my boss" loops on every spec question. Decisions get made.
⚐
90-Day Warranty
Replacement Without Argument
Manufacturing defects, transit breakage above standard rates, packaging errors — we replace at our cost within 90 days of arrival. The cost of replacing one bad container is a fraction of the cost of losing a long-term wholesale account, and we run the business accordingly.
From Raw Sand to Loaded Container:
Our Production Pipeline
For sourcing managers who want to know exactly what they're signing off on when they place an order — here is the full pipeline that turns silica into a vintage embossed bar glass landing at your warehouse.
i
— Stage One · Material Preparation
Soda-Lime & Crystal Batch Formulation
Raw silica sand, soda ash, limestone, and stabilizers are weighed to our internal formula — calibrated to deliver thermal shock resistance of ΔT ≥ 40°C and a refractive index suitable for the cut-crystal models. For crystal-upgrade orders, potassium-based oxides replace sodium to lift the refractive index above 1.520. Every batch is logged with a traceability code that follows the order through to shipment.
ii
— Stage Two · Melting
Continuous Furnace at 1,450°C
The batch enters a regenerative tank furnace and melts continuously at 1,450°C for 24–28 hours, with refining gases drawn off and bubbles allowed to rise out of the melt. This is the stage where cheap factories cut corners — by reducing melt time you save fuel, but you ship product with seed bubbles and stones that show up under a customer's bar light. We do not compress this stage.
iii
— Stage Three · Forming
Press-Mould Forming for Embossing Detail
Molten gobs are dropped into precision-machined moulds — one set per SKU — and pressed by a plunger that creates the embossing detail in a single stroke. This is where the ribbed, diamond-cut, and hobnail patterns are born. Mould temperatures, gob weights, and pressing pressures are dialled in per model to keep the pattern crisp without leaving mould seams visible in the finished piece.
iv
— Stage Four · Rim Finishing
Fire-Polished Rims for Drinking Comfort
The pressed rim is reheated and fire-polished to a smooth, slightly rounded profile that's safe and comfortable against the lip — a detail that separates this collection from low-cost imports where rims are left as-cut and feel rough in the mouth. Every rim is visually inspected; pieces with even minor chips are pulled and remelted.
v
— Stage Five · Annealing
Controlled Cooling in the Lehr
Pieces travel through a continuous annealing lehr where temperature drops in a controlled curve from 540°C down to room temperature over 60–90 minutes. This relieves internal stress and is what determines whether your glassware survives commercial dishwasher cycles. Pieces are spot-tested by polariscope for residual stress on every shift.
vi
— Stage Six · Quality Control
Three-Gate Inspection
Every finished piece passes three inspection gates: Gate A checks rim profile and base flatness, Gate B checks pattern crispness and clarity (no seeds, stones, or cords), Gate C is the dimensional gauge for diameter, height, and capacity. Reject rate is logged daily; the typical AQL is 0.65 / 1.0 / 4.0 per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 for critical / major / minor defects.
vii
— Stage Seven · Custom Decoration
Optional Logo, Frost, Colour, or Banding
If your order includes laser engraving, silk-screen printing, satin frost, or metallic rim banding, the glass enters our decoration line at this stage. Print colours are matched to Pantone references you supply; logo registration is verified on the first article before bulk decoration runs.
viii
— Stage Eight · Export Packing
Individual Sleeves → Cartons → Container
Each piece is wrapped in a polyfoam sleeve, packed into a 6-pack inner box with corrugated dividers, then loaded into a 5-ply export-grade outer carton with shipping marks per your spec. Containers are loaded under our staff supervision — typical loading rate is 1,800–2,400 pieces per CBM, with a 20'GP holding 28–32 CBM and a 40'HQ holding 65–68 CBM.

Frequently Asked Questions
From Real Procurement Conversations
The questions below come from over 300 buyer conversations our sales team has logged in the past 24 months. If your question isn't covered here, message us on WhatsApp or WeChat (+86 183 3515 7146) — we usually answer within two business hours.
Q.What is the MOQ for the Vintage Embossed Bar Glassware Collection?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per model. You can mix several models within the same order to reach 6,000 pieces across the full 6-style collection — for example, 1,000 coupes + 1,000 goblets + 1,000 tumblers. For first-time buyers wanting to test the market, we can arrange smaller trial orders of 100–300 pieces at a sample-rate premium, deducted from your first bulk order.
Q.Can I add my own logo, branding, or custom packaging?
Yes — full OEM and ODM service. The most common decoration options are laser engraving (permanent, dishwasher-proof, premium look), silk-screen printing in up to 4 colours (fired into the glass at 580°C for permanence), and satin frost bands with engraved logo on the frosted section. Packaging customization spans gift boxes, color boxes, kraft sleeves, hang tags, branded inner trays, and full retail-ready private label development.
Q.What materials do you offer for the collection?
Standard production uses lead-free soda-lime glass meeting FDA, LFGB, and REACH food-contact standards. For premium hospitality or gift positioning we offer an upgrade to lead-free crystal glass (potassium-silicate formulation, refractive index ≥ 1.520) which delivers noticeably brighter light play through the embossed patterns. Both materials pass heavy-metal migration tests and are dishwasher-safe.
Q.What are your payment terms?
Standard: T/T 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against B/L copy or before shipment. For repeat customers with 12+ months of clean payment history we offer L/C at sight, O/A 30, and West Union / PayPal for sample-stage transactions. Trade Assurance via verified third-party B2B platforms is also accepted on first orders.
Q.How long is the production lead time?
Stock-mould production: 25–35 days from deposit and artwork sign-off to ex-works ready. Custom-mould development: an additional 15–20 days for tooling fabrication. For urgent orders, air freight on samples and small first-shipment quantities can land at your door within 5–7 working days.
Q.Which certifications does the collection hold?
Factory: ISO 9001:2015 quality management and BSCI social compliance. Products are tested to FDA 21 CFR (US food contact), LFGB §30/31 (Germany / EU food contact), REACH (EU chemical safety), California Proposition 65 (lead and cadmium), CE, and SGS general inspection on request. Region-specific test reports are issued per shipment in PDF format with each commercial invoice.
Q.How is the collection packaged for export shipping?
Default: individual polyfoam sleeve → 6-pack inner box with corrugated dividers → 5-ply export-grade outer carton. Loading rate is approximately 1,800–2,400 pieces per cubic meter depending on model. A 20'GP container fits roughly 28–32 CBM; a 40'HQ fits 65–68 CBM. Custom retail packaging — gift boxes, color-printed display boxes, blister cards, kraft sleeves — is fully supported.
Q.Which countries do you ship to?
We ship globally through four major Chinese ports — Ningbo, Shanghai, Qingdao, Shenzhen. Active export markets include United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, Argentina, South Africa, and beyond.
Q.Are samples available before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Stock-model samples ship within 3–5 working days. Sample cost is typically USD 8–15 per piece, with international courier fees (DHL, FedEx, UPS) charged separately. Sample fees are refundable against your first bulk order exceeding MOQ.
Q.Is the collection suitable for commercial bar and restaurant use?
Yes — designed for it. All six models have reinforced rims, controlled annealing for thermal shock resistance (ΔT ≥ 40°C minimum), and weighted bases for hospitality service stability. Wall thickness is calibrated to survive commercial dishwasher cycles. The collection is in active rotation at hotels, cocktail lounges, fine-dining restaurants, and event venues across 40+ countries.
Q.Can I order only some models instead of the full collection?
Absolutely. The collection is sold as a flexible portfolio. You can order a single model, any combination of 2–5 models, or the full 6-style set. The MOQ of 1,000 pieces applies per individual model selected. Many buyers start with two or three models that fit their initial channel positioning, then expand.
Q.Do you assist with import documentation and customs clearance?
Yes. We provide complete export documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Form A, FTA, GSP as applicable), Fumigation Certificate, and HS code classification (HS 7013.37 for glass drinking ware). Our export team coordinates directly with your freight forwarder, or can recommend trusted China-based logistics partners for DDP service.
Q.Can I visit your factory or arrange a third-party audit?
Yes — both. The factory is open to scheduled buyer visits Monday through Friday, with our sales team coordinating airport pick-up from major Chinese hubs. We've also hosted audits from SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, TÜV Rheinland, and BSCI auditors on behalf of European and American buyers, and we maintain a permanent compliance documentation room for these visits.
